David is truly an amazing Life Coach.
I was a little nervous at our 1st session but he quickly eased me into a sense of comfort and gave me the ability to open up. David asked questions that were curious at first but it all made sense when he was able to give me my 1st tool to handle my stress or anxiety!! As the sessions progressed, he enabled me to have a better understanding of me and my behaviours and session by session I have learnt to make small changes that make huge impact. My coaching with David is ongoing and I look forward to David’s guidance and care to help improve my perspective on life and to be the best version of me!
